Quilt Ideas
Listed are only the ideas of fabric prints or shapes to use, no patterns yet, those are easy to find on the web. I just brainstormed these all up, who knows how long before I actually make one, I encourage anyone to use and pass on the ideas and alter them any way you are inspired to. (I only ask that you don't write some book and print these in it)

Alice in Wonderland - It could be as simple as pale blue with white lace trim. There are some Alice in Wonderland prints but they're hard to find, you can just find a blond girl in a blue or pink dress, rabbits, tea cups & pots, little cakes, chess, top hat, croquet, catterpillar, mushrooms, pipe/hooka, grass/gardens/forest, mice, cats, cards, keys, flamingo, hedgehog, watches/clocks, playing card prints, keys in different sizes - you could get really 3-D with that and actually attach some old keys, or broken stopwatches, they're super cheap all over at thrift shops

Flower Fairies - fairy dust or coordinates with flower fairie sqs fairies: there are a few companies that make fairy prints, the Rose & Hubble CMB Flower fairies prints are all out of production but you can find tons and tons for sale on eBay still, dozens of different patterns & coordinates. Use a fairy dust background (search fairy dust fabric on eBay to see it) with any matching flower fairy fabric, combinations are endless with this stuff. Also ivy, trees, flower patterns.

Goth pets theme for the pet lovers - ferret shapes, bats, scorpions, snakes, spiders, lizards, horses, siamese & black cats, butterflies, dragonflies, rats

Graveyard - solid black with gray/stone print fabric tombstone shapes, or find a grass print to go with it.

Wine - bottles, vines, ivy, grapes, wine glasses, wicker baskets, cheese

Absinthe - green wine bottle shapes on gray or smoky background, silver spoon print or silver spoon cutouts, green fairy print or cutout.

Sushi/Japanese - there's a company that makes sushi print fabric, make a solid color quilt or use a japanese patterned fabric and cut out the sushi pieces and cut out chopstick shapes, kimonos, tea cups/pots

Vampire - coffin shapes, wooden stakes, tombstones, crosses, vampire halloween print cutout, etc.

Boot stomping - use black vinyl or pleather cutouts of boots, heels, stilettos, put collar spikes on some of the stompy boots and use laces. Be careful if you put this on your bed ;-)

Earthy Wicca theme - use a dark foresty background, or a celestial print would be great, and cut out pentacles in the fabric of your choice, cauldrons and other magickal symbols, candle prints too.

Make your own - There is Iron-on/bondable printable paper that can make possibilities endless, you can make a quilt with pictures of all your friends or everyone from your favorite tv show, powerpuff girls, Buffy, Simpsons, egyptian gods, hindu gods, anime, Oh My Goth!, kama sutra, KMFDM, Bjork, white wolf clans, nightmare before xmas

Wrath of Gods/goddesses - find egyptian & Hindu god prints, jesus prints, explosion, fire.

solid red or off white with victorian shoe shapes or tea cups

solid black with gray or silver anks

solid with corset cutout, could be vinyl or oriental print, animal print, lace

solid with butterfly shapes or prints

solid purple satin with a bat cutout or pattern fabric

solid red satin with victorian dirty white hearts trimmed with lace

black with witch fabric

solid black with pumpkins or halloween prints

solid red with black (silver, white, etc) vinyl high heel or fetishy boot or glove cutout
